Progress, encouragement, creativity.

What led you to this career?

I was a freelance designer for almost 10 years with experience in set and costume design for theatre and indie film, photography, graphic design and admin work. A jack of all trades, I was seeking a role in a creative company that could focus my skills and experience and offer on-the-job training and development in a new career. dock10 has seen the potential in my transferrable skills and allowed me to spread my wings.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I am a collaborator at heart and seek variety - in my job I work with all sorts of different teams of people and no two days are the same. There is a great satisfaction that comes from challenging yourself in every project you do, and the knowledge that the content we make can be enjoyed and appreciated by millions of people through their screens.
