The shortlists for the Broadcast Awards 2023 have been announced and dock10 is proud to be sponsoring the award for Best Children's Programme.

The Broadcast Awards is one of the most hotly anticipated events in the television industry calendar, celebrating the very best in British programming and channels. The awards recognise and reward the UK's most ground-breaking content, creators and channels with more than 100 hand-picked industry experts judging the entries across the categories.

The award for Best children's Programme will go to a programme or series targeted specifically at a children's audience [5-16 years] across all genres including drama, factual, entertainment, education and comedy. Judged to represent the outstanding production effort of a British company in this area, measures of success will include originality, distinctiveness, strength of execution and ratings and/or international sales and merchandising performance.
